Entry Requirements
Higher National Diploma
Five (5) credit passes in relevant subjects: (English Language, Mathematics, Economics a Basic Science and any other subject such as Geography, Commerce, Physics, Biology, Computer Studies, Technical Drawing, e.t.c.
National Diploma (ND) in Estate Management & Valuation with a minimum of lower credit pass;
a) A minimum of one-year post National Diploma (ND) industrial training/work experience in the relevant Estate firm or construction related industry;
A minimum of two years cognate experience for candidates with pass at ND level.
